This company is an environmentally focused, non profit in Downtown San Francisco. 12-month contract to hire Job Description:
• Support the Program team (about 25 members)
• Manage complex calendars
• Scheduling meetings/webex across multiple time zones/internationally
• Coordinating with funders and internal employees to set up meetings
• Eventually will take on Director's calendars
• Very meeting heavy operation- will be ordering catering; Getting special dietary requests
