Tool manufacturer looking to add a full-time customer service representative. The customer service representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing technical assistance, and placing parts orders as needed. Looking to learn about the technical aspects of power tools while taking care of others, then this is the position for you. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, placing re-supply parts orders, tracking daily calls, and data entry as needed. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Retrieve voice messages as necessary
- Track daily call volume
- Monitor inventory levels of replacement parts
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- SAP Experience a plus
