Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager at Rexon Industrial Corporation in Rock Hill, SC. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and will report directly to the Operations Manager. This role includes processing and managing orders, managing inventory, reviewing sales data, and conducting market shops.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred
• Experience in retail sales or operations is a plus

Pay Scale: $20-$23 per hour based on experience
