Responsibilities:
You will provide overall administrative support to the owner in completing task and functions to insure the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls, communicating between insurance providers and consumers, follow up with medical providers, end of month reporting, filing and maintaining organizational systems. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Must Have:
Positive outlook and a "can do" attitude Eye for detail and highly organized Able to embrace diversity and cultural sensitivity Able to follow instructions and work well in a fast paced, highly detailed environment. This is a part-time position is from Monday thru Friday between 10am -3pm. (additional hours as needed).
