Industrial Carpenters & Foreman

PPM is Hiring. We are looking for Industrial Carpenters & Foreman for a long term assignment in the Rock Hill, SC area.

Requires:
* Experience in the Industrial Maintenance field.
* Must be capable of building forms, pouring/finishing concrete, grouting, building a variety of small sheds, shipping boxes, etc;
* Construction of wooden/concrete/metal walls, floors, roofs, and ceiling that are used on a large industrial facility.

Responsibilities include:
*Performing routine maintenance including maintaining offices, warehouses, manufacturing building, sidewalks, roofs, roadways, any other supporting structures that are located in a large manufacturing facility.
*Operating a variety of equipment included but not limited to: air nailers, saws, sanders, drills, pneumatic hammers, lifts, hoists, laser levels, rigging, hammer drills, etc.
*Operating Heavy equipment (back-hoe/excavator) is a plus.

This project's routine schedule is: 4 days a week, Monday thru Thursday, 10 hrs per day with occasional Over Time. Craft wage rates start @ $21.00, with advanced experience and skills the rate will increase accordingly. Foreman's experience will determine wage rate.
