Description:
Position is responsible for Managing a Team of 4 - 5 call center and warehouse employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, and developing call center and warehouse employees Ensure timely and effective communication with End User customers Manage parts ordering and shipping process Parts inventory management Maintain effective call logs Perform additional duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree preferred 3 years Management experience preferred Strong communication skills (written and oral) required Solid financial analysis aptitude required Proven problem solving skills required Proven self-starter with high sense of initiative and sense of urgency to get the job done Capable of setting priorities and multi-tasking Proven competency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Word.
