NEPES US, Inc. seeks multiple Sales Leaders in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirement;
- Monitor sales reports and performance of subordinate Sales Account Managers, set strategic sales goals and revenue targets of the Sales Account Unit, and recommend proposals to improve performance to the President of NEPES US;
- Review and evaluate Technical Program Managers' reports on advanced technology development, qualification and production issues and communicate with the headquarters in South Korea for special assistance if needed;
- Participate in negotiation of new product development agreements and manage development schedule in coordination with marketing;
- Build up relationship with Tier 1 target customers using technical background for fan-in & fan-out Wafer Level Packaging (WLP);
- Report sales revenue status and distribution progress and communicate with the headquarter in South Korea for outstanding negotiations and finalize negotiations on behalf of the top management in South Korea;
- Monitor customers preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and confer with the headquarter in South Korea on equipment and customer specifications;
- Liaise with NEPES Korea and NEPES US to facilitate products development and improvement through reflecting customer needs market trends and project feasibilities;
- Deliver critical technical and engineering issues found to the President of NEPES US and top managements at the headquarter in South Korea;
- Coordinate with NEPES' research and development team in the headquarter in South Korea to develop solutions to customer complaints and set up development plans for new projects.
