Patient Coordinator/Receptionist
We are looking for a hard working & dedicated person who is a team player! Must be comfortable working with all ages, from infants to elderly people.
Responsible for clerical tasks such as: answering phones; greeting patients and visitors; basic math, computer, and typing skills; scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills including: communication, compassion, problem resolution, flexibility, dependability, and a positive attitude. Must possess the ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once on a routine basis and the ability to apply skills to every patient encounter. Experience in health care and/or service industry a plus but willing to train the ideal candidate. Office hours vary from Monday - Friday 7 am - 5:30 pm. Wage is based on experience.
