New Associate Recruiting Manager

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is a prominent business and litigation law firm with offices in the Carolinas.

This full-time position, located in our Charlotte, NC office, manages all aspects of Fall and Spring recruiting for first and second-year summer associates as well as planning and implementing our ten-week summer associate program. The position will screen resumes and may accompany and participate with attorneys in on-campus or job fair interviewing, as well as coordinating video/skype interviews. Responsibilities also include event planning, cultivating and maintaining relationships between summer associates and the firm and ensuring appropriate assignment mix for the summer associates. 

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills necessary for interaction with attorneys and employees at all levels, Law School Placement Directors, candidates and summer associates.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree with up to three years of recruiting experience in a professional environment. Candidates must be comfortable with specialized recruiting applications.  A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required to plan and manage this high visibility recruiting program. More than 40 hours per week may be required to accomplish essential duties of the position.
