Docketing Coordinator
The Office of Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is seeking a Docketing Coordinator to support the management and staff of the Attorney General’s Office.
This position’s primary responsibilities include monitoring approximately 5,000 open dockets, preparing timely and accurate reports and billings to approximately 40 clients each month, periodic reporting projects, and other special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, your resume must reflect the following minimum qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a law office or other organization involving client billing such as consulting or accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Access and Excel.
An Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for one year of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to identify problems, take initiative to root-cause the sources of the problem, and work with others in a team environment to resolve the problem.
- Excellent communication skills to explain processes, respond to inquiries, and deliver training.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
