MERITOR IS HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

Material Handlers

Engineering Technicians


Maintenance Electrical Technicians 3rd Shift - Install, repair and maintain equipment for the site, including but not limited to - production, facilities and material handling equipment. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as identified in site procedures. Works closely with Engineering on new projects. Coordinates with and assists other sites and contract personnel to ensure required tasks are completed to meet site and individual goals. Education: Technical AS Degree or equivalent. Experience: 5 years experience maintaining electro mechanical / electronic manufacturing and facilities equipment. 5 Years Experience in programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley) to include writing ladder logic programs as well as using them to troubleshoot equipment and processes, 5 Years experience programming and teaching Fanuc Robot systems, 
Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electronic and pneumatic systems, Experience with resistance welding, Experience in communicating with outside vendors, Experience in maintaining chilled water systems

Quality TechniciansAll Shifts - Assume the role of technical lead within the Quality lab area specifically responsible for utilizing specific quality tools including GD&T and CMM programming and operation to complete dimensional layouts to meet internal and external company demands. In addition, applicant could potentially be responsible for the gauge calibration system as well as supporting the overall site quality system. Skills Required: Must use effective written and verbal skills, High mechanical aptitude with an in depth knowledge of operating and programming CMM. Planning and data organization skills, Excellent communication skills with operations and engineering staffs, Problem-solving capabilities, Proficiency in Algebra and Trigonometry
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, Able to complete projects

Assemblers – Heavy Industrial Equipment - Building heavy industrial vehicle components for our customer. Includes building axles and brakes for large vehicles. Must be built according to the schedule and in time to satisfy the customer’s delivery. Education/Certifications: A High School Diploma or GED certificate is desired. Required Qualifications: Candidate must have at least six months of manufacturing experience or related education.

Maintenance Technicians – 3rd Shift - Building heavy industrial vehicle components for our customer. Includes building axles and brakes for large vehicles. Must be built according to the schedule and in time to satisfy the customer’s delivery requirements. Job will include sub-assembling and complete assembling front and rear dressed axles. Education/Certifications: A High School Diploma or GED certificate is desired.
Required Qualifications: Candidate must have at least six months of manufacturing experience or related education.
