About this position:
GreatAmerica is seeking an analytical individual to join our team as a Treasury Analyst. You will monitor GreatAmerica’s daily cash position, secure and administer the company’s financing arrangements and help maintain strong lender relationships.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish GreatAmerica’s daily cash position and determine the daily borrowing requirements necessary to minimize interest expense. Prepare daily borrowing/pay down requests and communicate to the lender. Also responsible for the preparation of all daily cash management journal entries.
- Prepare the bank line revolving facility monthly borrowing base.
- Responsible for coordinating/supporting bank line revolving facility due to diligence audits.
- Responsible for preparing conduit/secured borrowing funding files and associated interest rate swap files, if any. Coordination of swap bidding and effecting subsequent transfers to trustee.
- Responsible for forecasting bank line revolving facility interest expense.
- Assist in monitoring/reporting GreatAmerica’s bank fee expenses.
- Assist with other Treasury projects as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Education, experience, and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Actuarial Science is required.
- Strong Excel experience is a must and our ideal candidate will have strong spreadsheet skills as well as good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers at all levels.
