Job Summary:

Assists in the day-to-day operations and logistics of the College of Business Chapman Graduate School of Business Program. Assists with recruitment, admissions, student and alumni services, and external partnerships. Proposes and administers plans, initiatives, and activities in support of the program's strategic goals and objectives. Collaborates with other programs within the Chapman Graduate School of Business to foster the highest standards of quality, customer service and educational value.

  • Works closely with current students and alumni regarding any issues related to the program. Serves as the first point of contact for enrolled students.
  • Coordinates logistical support and fiscal management of all program activities including class dates, orientation, personal development sessions, graduation celebration, classrooms, travel, and speaker arrangements.
  • Engages in communication with current students and alumni about internships, job opportunities, and surveys to enhance and develop their professional career development paths.
  • Supports recruitment by participating and attending open houses, information sessions and other special events for prospective students. Maintains CRM database of applicants, current students, and alumni. Recruits for the program in collaboration with the college recruiting team. Works closely with the College's Marketing and Communications department on verifying website accuracy. Assists with the development and design of digital and print collaterals.
  • Coordinates with faculty on the course preparations such as textbook orders, student materials, and other faculty curriculum needs. Prepares necessary faculty contracts, in collaboration with the Finance and Administration office.
  • Coordinates admissions, registration and scheduling issues, billing, payment, and collections. Reviews student accounts to ensure accuracy and advises on student holds or any account issues, including financial aid status.
  • Assists in the organization of the International and Local trips. Works with the Office of Education Abroad (OEA) to process the contract. Collects student documents and applications for OEA and create requisition to ensure payments.
  • Assists in creating content for the program's social media accounts including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Actively proposes activities for program improvement and strategic goal achievement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.

Desired Qualifications: Experience in Higher Education

Salary: $40,000 - $44,000

Work Schedule:

Begin time: 8:30 AM
End time: 5:00 PM
