Global Key Account Manager
Maintain/uncover existing business, accountable for P&L on Account Level.
Duties:
- Develop value propositions, strategic customer plans, roadmaps, and direction setting
- Negotiate pricing and agreements in order to increase global share of wallet
- Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders and cross-border coordination
- Global coordination and develop project/opportunity pipeline
- Manage channels with brand labeled customer
- Engage technical account management and customer care teams to deliver in pre/post sale
- Develop customer insights to uncover needs/strategies and reflect into products, processes, roadmap
- Convert product ideas into business cases and follow until launch
- Influence and mobilize cross-functional teams (internally) to maximize customer experience
- 20% international travel
Required: BS in Electrical Engineering plus 10 years experience in sales/marketing and 5 years experience in AC drives and OEM sales in international market. Experience may be concurrent. Permanently US work authorized.
