Cottey College, a leading private liberal arts and sciences college for women in Nevada, Missouri, invites applications for a chef/director of dining services. Candidates must have accomplished management and culinary skills.
Duties include: Hands-on management of 17 full-time and 38 part-time staff, purchasing and monitoring inventory control, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Minimum requirements: Degree/Certificate from a culinary school or a bachelor's degree with major course work in hotel or culinary management and three years' related experience. Cottey College is a selective independent women's college located in the Missouri Ozarks.
