Our Mission Is Improving Health
At CNOS, we carry out that mission by focusing on prevention, diagnosis and treatment in the areas of bones, joints, muscles, nerves and the brain.
CNOS HISTORY
The Center for Neurosciences, Orthopaedics & Spine was created by a group of innovative Siouxland-area Orthopaedists, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons who realized they could deliver stronger, more comprehensive patient care by integrating services.
Since its inception in 1999, CNOS has expanded to include 26 physicians, 31 health providers and over 170 associates. Our team includes highly trained experts who are dedicated to proving the best specialty care possible for orthopaedic, neurological, neurosurgical, podiatric, and rheumatologic conditions in the tri-state region of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Through partnerships with the Dunes Surgical Hospital and Mercy Medical Center, CNOS providers have helped the hospitals consistently achieve National Health Care Quality awards, including HealthGrades 5-Star ratings in joint replacement, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, hip fracture repair, cervical spine and treatment of stroke.
Our integrated physician network serves patients in the tri-state area from four convenient locations in Dakota Dunes, SD, Sioux City’s Outer Drive and Morningside and a rehabilitation only clinic in Moville, IA. CNOS physicians and staff also serve patients in 12 satellite clinics.
