Full-Time City Attorney
Provide legal advice to City Council, Manager, Employees, Commissions, Boards, Committees on procedural and substantive legal issues, possible legal ramifications of proposed courses of action, and on matters directly affecting the conduct of City business. Draft and review a host of legal documents necessary for the daily operation of the City, including contracts, leases, deeds, resolutions, ordinances, bonds, insurance, others.
Qualifications: J.D., Member of SC Bar. Pay commensurate with qualifications and experience.
