Admin - Clerical
- Lookup and research electronic records; problem-solving initiative
- Handle large scanning and electronic indexing projects
- Attention to detail and 100% focus on tasks
- Fast-paced environment responding to requests from many sources; produce high volume, accurate work product
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently move/lift/relocate files and file boxes
(37.5 hour week, Monday through Friday). This position requires excellent organizational and numbering skills as well as above average knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous professional services experience strongly preferred. Successful completion of an assessment for numerical and alphabetical aptitude and demonstration of a stable work history required.
