Crisis Stabilization Worker
Job Description
The CSW reports to the FOCUS Supervisor for administrative and clinical support of the program. The CSW accepts appropriate patient referrals from OBH providers for crisis stabilization services. The CSW provides crisis intervention services to children and their families outside of the hospital environment in an effort to help stabilize and connect to resources.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field. At least two years of experience working in behavioral health field. At least one year of child/family in home/community Human Service experience. Ability to effectively and professionally manage difficult client issues. Good driving record as determined by BMC requirements. Ability to meet clients in their homes or other appropriate venues.
